ZAYHAN delivers to Spain, Canary Islands, Italy, France, Portugal, Switzerland, Netherlands, Andorra, Luxembourg, Monaco, Belgium and Germany. The costs and delivery times depend on the choice of carrier you have chosen.
Regarding orders, please take note of the delivery times mentioned on the product sheet which correspond to the creation and shipping time.
The ordered products will be sent to the address you provided during the ordering process. We are not responsible for delays in delivery caused by you providing an incorrect or incomplete address.
We are not responsible for the disappearance and/or theft of packages after official delivery by registered letter to our carrier La Poste in your mailbox. No refund will be made in this case.
Some products sent may differ slightly from the images visible on the store because they are handmade and unique creations. Some products can be shipped within a maximum of 1 month (excluding weekends) due to the creation time because they are unique & custom-made pieces to the delivery address indicated by the customer when ordering. Our delivery time varies depending on the destination.
Since this is a limited product, we do not accept returns or exchanges in accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code.
For hygiene reasons, swimsuits cannot be exchanged and/or returned.

To extend the life of our creations, wash them by hand, at room temperature & inside out to maintain color, quality and reduce environmental impact.
